Implementation status

The repository includes clean-room research (cleanroom/) and a Phase 1 skeleton under platform/ (FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React console). Target architecture diagrams describe multi-region queues and workers; see Architecture for the full picture and Roadmap for phased delivery.
